Oceanfront One Bedroom Condo With Magnificent Beach Views

This beachfront condo is the perfect vacation getaway for up to four people. It is located directly on one of Puerto Rico's most beautiful beaches. This condominium building is centrally located in the heart of the trendy Condado area and is situated between the Marriott and La Concha hotels. Right next door you will find the Marriott Hotel and Resort which boasts a casino, spa, massage sessions, and a concierge that can book any kind of island excursion or activity you may be interested in. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and numerous restaurants all within walking distance. You can take a walk or run around the beautiful Condado Lagoon. Popular touring sites such as the Rain Forest and Old San Juan are just a short ride away. The apartment is about a 15-minute taxi ride away from the Luis Munoz Marin Airport.
Our condo is equipped with complimentary and password protected WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. All sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. The bedroom hosts a king sized be for your comfort. For planning purposes our check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.
The full wall of glass in this spacious eighth floor condo provides you with an ocean view you will never forget. There is also a full sized balcony that will enable to you take in the stunning ocean views more fully.
Feel the experience of being so close to the beach that the tropical breezes fill the apartment and let you sleep to the sound of the ocean's ebb and flow.
We'd love to host your stay in this tropical paradise.
Parking is available but you must reserve a spot. There is a rental fee of $15 per night. Please let me know if you will require parking and I will walk you through the instructions to reserve a spot.

Loved this condo! Location was great-beach, many restaurants, and stores nearby. We walked to everything we needed. The balcony was our favorite spot. The views were amazing! We had a wonderful time and will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is absolutely excellent—right in front of the beach and in a prime spot close to everything. The condo was perfect: clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The best part was waking up and walking right out to the beach! Communication was great too—very helpful and always available when we had questions. We’ll definitely be renting this place again. Highly recommend!

Big 1 bedroom unit included everything needed. Thankful for the extras, beach chairs, towels, etc... Clean, comfortable and many safety features. The location is walkable to everything needed. Easy Uber to Old San Juan and other local attractions. Would prefer TV in living room. Great stay!

Very Fun/Urban Beach Area

Very nice place, with amazing views. Was just as happy sitting on the balcony as we were sitting on the beach. This is a very urban area with heavy nightlife. Uber friendly area, but renting a car seems convenient enough. Convenient location, would recommend!

Breathtaking Views!

If you are looking to stay somewhere other than a hotel this is the place. Absolutely breathtaking views. Location is prime in Condado. Many restaurants along the main street and a CVS and Walgreens that is open 24 hours right at the corner. We loved staying here. Having an AC in both the living room and the bedroom was a plus. This place is perfect for 4 people.

Just beautiful!

The condo was perfect. Very clean and well appointed. The 180° view from the balcony was mesmerizing. The location can't beat. Air-conditioning worked great and the building is very secure. Right on the beach. The host, Debora, was a pleasure to deal with. I cant wait to go back. I highly recommend this condo.
