I loved this property … 5 minute walk to ocean park beach … plenty of restaurants, Walgreens & stores in walking distance … we really loved Rosalina ocean park , has two pools for only 19 rooms , so it felt like you really had it to yourself .. staff is very courteous & go above & beyond … we just fell in love with the property & uniqueness

Even better than we expected!

Lovely suite with living room, kitchen and bedroom. Roomy and well appointed. Had everything we needed plus easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, laundromat and beach. The two pools are small but very refreshing for lounging. Staff were attentive and welcoming. The coffee in the morning was very welcome.

Nice Hidden Gem

Room was clean, kept cool by the ac, had a tv, fridge, bathroom supplies, etc. There was no housekeeping during our stay but that was to be expected. There is also no front desk, however the communication with the staff at the hotel via email was excellent. Check in was a breeze with the instructions they provided. Anytime I had a question, they answered within hours. The hotel is near restaurants (3 minute walk), laundry store (3 minute walk), beach (10-15 minute walk). Ubers to Old San Juan were around $10 each way.

Excellent stop off for a couple days before heading to bvi. Excellent pool area to hang out - not many people around at all. Great pizza place 4 min walk and cafe/bakery. Beach 5 min walk. Excellent staff.

The property had a few issues in the room. The lights would flicker whenever the water was on which was annoying. The shower door only had one side panel, so water went everywhere. There were no hand towels in the bathroom. You had to use your own tv login in order to watch anything.

Nice pools

It was a nice place, close to restaurants, had 2 nice pools. There was a coffee pot near the pool that looked like to coffee had evaporated out of it a long time ago… It was also a little difficult to get into the lockbox to get in. Fortunately a very nice fellow who worked there was able to help. I had elected to pay on site, but received an email from them that I needed to pay at least 5 days before my arrival or my reservation would be canceled, but no link for how to pay, no reference to Hotels.com, and I wasn’t remembering the website I had booked the reservation through. Someone finally answered the phone at the number that was on the reservation, who sent me a link to make a payment.

This was such a great place to stay for two people that have never been to Puerto Rico. We ended up getting in really early and the staff was very accommodating in getting our room done early, but we were also able to get in and change into swimsuits in the pool bathroom and hang out by the pool. We were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes, we were able to walk to a dozen restaurants in under 5 minutes and were even within walking distance of a Walgreens for the couple personal items we forgot to pack. We were a 15 minute Uber from Old San Juan that was $10-15 each way. Which made it a lot more cost effective than a rental. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Puerto Rico.
