Excelente lugar para descansar después de largo caminar por San Juan, muy limpio y callado. Me deben una botella de vino pero el otro año regreso y la reclamo (😂broma). Espero volver pronto y quedarme en el primer piso.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. I loved the kitchen which we used to cook breakfast daily. Dishes & cookware were available. Oil wasn’t though. We saved $ by doing this. The AC were in the rooms only but were very cold. Fan in living room but was still warm. I loved the gated entrance. We had ample space. One thing I did not like was they closed & locked the parking area and were not quick at opening it. This is a safety concern for me. I did find 2 cockroaches in restroom but entire apt was clean. Housekeeping came once to clean out trash and only. No cleaning of apt was done during stay. Overall I’d stay again. I loved the location to Old San Juan.

The place served its purpose to sleep, shower, cook/eat and it was close to the areas we were visiting. Overall good, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a small stove top issue and they took care of it right away. Would visit again, but will make sure I ask for first floor next time, be ready to walk multiple flights of stairs, don’t recommend for people with physical limitations, like back or hip issues. Maybe the place accommodates I don’t know, but next time I will ask first!

Communication was superb!! The apartment was bigger than I thought and it had on ground parking which is needed in San Juan! I will definitely choose this location again!

Nice place to stay. I liked that it was away from all the touristic congestion, but the room wasn’t very clean. Also our walls in our bedroom had mold spots which wasn’t cool at all.

Only disadvantages of this property for me was 1. the Ac was only in bedrooms but it did still cool the unit off 2. there was only 1 tv for 2br unit Everything and i mean everything else was great. It was clean, quiet, safe, and the locals were cool too.
