Very disappointing stay. Our room was not ready at check-in, and we waited over 30 minutes before being able to access it. Once we got inside, the room felt damp and humid the entire stay, and there was a dehumidifier running that we had to empty every other day.
When we tried to speak with a manager about the issue, there was never one available, and the front desk staff could not provide any answers or solutions.
The worst part came on our last day when housekeeping entered our room without knocking while we were completely undressed. To make matters worse, when we stripped the bed to help housekeeping before checkout, we discovered that the pillows we had been sleeping on for four days were covered in mold.
Between the moisture issues, lack of management support, privacy concerns, and moldy bedding, this was an unacceptable experience. I would not stay here again.
