Charming Ranch w/spa, 1/2 acre near Miramar Beach

Come live like Royalty in Montecito in your own private forest (shared with just one guesthouse) under a canopy of Oak Trees. 3 bedrooms, one bath (shower and toilet separate rooms), and luxury sofa for extra sleeping. Enjoy the high-end jacuzzi under the stars! Recently remodeled w/all the amenities, and a short walk/bike/drive to best nearby beaches Miramar, Butterfly & Shark`s Cove. Directly across 101 from 5-Star Rosewood Miramar Hotel, open to the locals for a truly special experience!

The house has three bedrooms- one king bed, one queen bed, and one full. The bathroom is divided between the bathing room and the toilet room with separate entrances. The large backyard is equipped with a bbq, outdoor dining, and a luxury jacuzzi. There is also a guesthouse on the property that may have other guests staying, but the priority to the backyard is to the guests of the main house.
Welcome! We’re thrilled to host you and want your stay to be as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. To ensure a great experience for everyone and to keep our property in excellent condition, we ask that you follow the rules below:

We have a beautiful white Restoration Hardware Cloud sofa in the living room. If your pet is not trained to stay off couches, please use a spare blanket from the linen closet to cover the couch and keep it clean.

Please shower off before entering the hot tub, especially after being at the beach, and replace hot tub cover after use. The hot tub is cleaned once a week, but if it needs to be drained and refilled because of excess sand etc, there will be an extra cleaning fee.

No illegal substances or drug paraphernalia on the property.

No parties or events unless approved in advance with written permission and a paid event fee.

BBQ grill must be cleaned after use (or a cleaning fee may apply).

There is also a guest house on the property. Please respect their privacy and keep noise down after 10PM.

Please don’t block parking of guesthouse far right side if looking at house.

We prefer to not open the locked door in the master bedroom that goes out the side yard on other side of house from the brick patio, as that is to the guesthouse side of the property.

Outdoor security cameras are in place in communal outdoor areas for safety and property protection. No tampering or disabling of cameras is permitted.

Use of the property for commercial purposes, filming, or photography must be approved in writing.

Any violation of house rules may result in immediate removal without refund and/or additional charges.

Had a great stay here and would definitely book again. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two young kids plus dog. We also had my brother and his wife and dog stay as well. Loved the property grounds and the beds were comfy. Had everything we needed!

It was a charming home and very comfortable. The backyard was fantastic. There is so freeway noise, but mostly when outside. There is a guest house in the back with a female resident, which I guess was a surprise, but not a problem at all. It was a lovely stay overall.

Ideal Location: location-location-location

Hosts could not be nicer. The pups (if they are at the property—keep to themselves at the owners’) —but are cute, adorable 100%. OK, the property….it’s all in location, as my title states and u cannot do better than just across the freeway from the beach in Montecito. We are a couple w/a couple of teens - no problem.

Graduation getaway

Adam and Kendahl were amazing hosts and great communicators. Our family loved the weekend at their house. The grounds are beautiful and the house worked perfectly for us. We made several meals in their well equipped kitchen and the gas grill. The backyard is a dream. We were able to lounge outside as a family. The hot tub is great. We highly recommend the house and felt so well cared for during the weekend. Can’t wait to stay here again during one of our other visits to Santa Barbara!

sweet house great location

We stayed here two nights while attending a charity event in summerland. The house is very clean and well cared for. The house is exactly what you see in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed with anything you may need. We had a dog with us, so we spent a lot of time outdoors in the backyard. It is really relaxing with beautiful mature trees. If you want to spend time in Summerland or Montecito this house is the perfect location. It is right in the middle and just about 5 minutes drive to get to each.

Charm in Montecito

The host was exceptionally responsive and a pleasure to work with! VRBO's tech does some unusual mapping with the details about the property...not the host's fault...but do be aware that there is one bathroom with a toilet and sink, and another bathroom with a sink and a shower. Therefore, in total, you will have two private spaces for bathroom activities but only one shower and one toilet. For a family of (5) we made it work, but it did take a moment to get used to. As you will experience in most properties in the area, bungalows are full of charm. This home has an expansive backyard, nice-sized bedrooms, and open floor plan with dining/kitchen/family room. The TV and stereo systems work great. Location was incredibly convenient to all that Coast Village Rd offers in Montecito, as well as an easy hop on the highway to reach downtown Santa Barbara. The host seems very committed to doing whatever it takes to elevate this property with continued improvements. There was a small snafu before our arrival with the cleaning crew, but the host brought in a second crew to address the home while we were out for coffees and they did a beautiful job setting the home up properly.
