This beautifully 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse is definitely the next stop for your vacation in Seattle. Exquisitely designed with brand new furniture and entirely renovated. Beautiful landscape, private front yard, a private deck and patio equipped for a fantastic summer BBQ experience, and balcony with a view of the Madrona, Madison Park, Denny-Blaine neighborhoods.
Built in 1901, this charming 1100sq ft townhouse has its own private entrance, garage and offers all the necessary appliances and entertainment that will make your stay unforgettable. It is comfortable and quiet!! The apartment is close to downtown, Lake Washington, The Arboretum, Seattle Japanese Garden, Washington Park Playfied, restaurants, coffee shops and stores.
LIVING AREAS
After a thrilling day exploring the city, relax in the main living area with a glass of wine or a hot cup of Seattle coffee and watch your favorite cable or TV shows. We had a lovely week at Line’s condo. Good location for all of our outings. Bed was very comfy. All of the little extras she provides like bathroom products and snacks make it an extra special place to stay.

Very nice accommodation

The accommodation is in a great location and is lovingly furnished. Everything was clean, and water, tea, coffee, milk, and soft drinks were provided. There’s a bus stop right outside with a direct line to downtown. Line was a very kind and helpful host. I highly recommend this place!

Die perfekte Basisstation um Seattle zu ergrĂŒnden

Seattle ist eine wundervolle Stadt, und Line's Apartment ist der perfekte Ort, um diese zu ergrĂŒnden. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, und ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, um sofort starten zu können. Von allen erdenklichen Hygieneartikeln bis zur Grundausstattung fĂŒr ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist alles da. Die Cornflakes und der Kaffee retteten mich, als unsere Tochter, bedingt durch den Jetlag am ersten Morgen um 3 Uhr wach war. Dies ist keineswegs ĂŒblich und war wirklich großartig. Line ist zudrm extrem nett, und brachte uns sogar Croissants von ihrem lieblings BĂ€cker vorbei. Die Unterkunft liegt zudem direkt an einer Bushaltestelle was sich als extrem hilfreich erwies, da das Busliniennetz von Seattle extrem gut ausgebaut ist. Wir wollten eigentlich vorrangig Uber nutzen, haben dadurch aber wirklich viel Geld gespart, dass wir anderswo dann gut investieren konnten :). Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend, so dass man sich auch sehr sicher fĂŒhlt. Wir können es daher einfach nur bedinungslos empfehlen. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in dieser Traumstadt, und Lines Apartment war die perfekte "Basisstation" dafĂŒr!

Beautiful, clean unit, 1 of 2 in house.

My adult daughter and I stayed for 6 days. Location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants, and/or it was a short drive. Supermarket was close by, and downtown Seattle was also short drive. The house is on a bus route, however we had a rental car. Line was a thoughtful host, there was a variety of breakfast cereals, snacks and milk in the fridge when we arrived. The water filter on the fridge needed to be replaced, however, she did supply plenty of bottled water for our use. We did arrive to find the coffee carafe was broken, and Line was kind enough to come over and replace the coffee maker the first night, so we could have coffee first thing in the morning. The bathrooms were also well stocked with toiletries, plenty of towels. There was also multiple boxes of tissues throughout the unit. I mention this because often this is something hosts forget. Everything was very clean and tidy. This was our first time visiting Seattle and I was very happy with the accommodations. Definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Northwest Flower and Garden Show Vendor

We were vendors at the flower and garden show and we wanted to not stay in a hotel. We were looking for something about 10 minutes or less from the Seattle convention center, in a safe neighborhood with easy access and a designated parking spot.

Great Seattle townhome

Such a great homebase for our Seattle vacation. With a centralized location in one of Seattle's more established neighborhoods, we felt we were close to everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean and had a newly remodeled feel to it. Our host was the best. She was very communicative and had added lots of little touches in the place that immediately made us feel right at home. Would definately stay here again.

This was a lovely property that was located close to downtown. We were able to drive up to Anacortes for whale watching and San Juan Island. We also had easy access to downtown and everything else Seattle had to offer. Would recommend this to families that have a car to get around the city.

Amazing House

Line was very sweet and even left us a note and some chocolates for us during Check-in. There were fresh flowers in the kitchen which made it even more welcoming. We invited a few friends over for dinner and they definitely enjoyed the available snacks and the chocolates! There was water in the fridge as well. There were extra fans in the closet since it got a bit warm during our visit. The area is lovely, it’s just a bit hilly. Not too big of a deal. All the Lyfts and Ubers we took were quick to get there. Using Wait and Save took about the same time as not using it. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
