Not happy

Room was very hot, no thermostat, had to keep air conditioner on the whole time. Very dirty air conditioner as seen in photo. Unable to use TV, remote not working. Not given WiFi password or phone number to office, no paperwork in room. Room with kitchen, stove burners with dirty foil. No dish soap, no hand towels or paper towels. No hand towel in bathroom.

This place is not even qualified to be a motel but they claimed they are a hotel. They stole my money because i refused to stay at the their dump after I saw the room. The liar Gina told me the person who was responsible to issue the refund was not in and the refund will be done in the morning. The liars told Expedia that they would refund my money and stole it. I asked to see the room before I checked in and she refused because she knew it was a complete dump.
