Beachside in Surfside!

Unbelievable Sunrises from the third-floor balcony!
3 bedroom 2 bath condo third-floor oceanfront in Surfside. Recently and continually updated and ready for you to make your memories! The Master bedroom has all new furniture and a remodeled bathroom with a custom pebble floor shower & a new 50-inch TV! New furniture and bedding in the second bedroom which now has a queen bed and a single over double bunk bed & a new ceiling fan and a new 50-inch TV. The bedside lamps in all bedrooms have built-in USB charging ports for those important electronics to be charged! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed to prepare whatever meal you have in mind. Oceanfront Windows were just tinted to reduce glare and reflect heat making your stay more comfortable and the condo more efficient along with new plantation shutters throughout. There is a storage room downstairs for all the beach stuff and there are 3 assigned undercover parking spaces for the condo, That kind of parking is hard to come by! Linens are provided as well, check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The condo is close to everything, every type of restaurant you could imagine is within 10 minutes and the same for shopping. Ocean front condo with lovely decor and clean comfort.

Stayed with a couple of our young adult kids to attend family wedding. Enjoyed morning coffee or cocktail hours on the balcony while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Clean comforts like extra blankets, cotton bed linens in primary suite, plenty of kitchen tools, and spacious family room. Wonderful experience!

The Perfect Getaway

This was exactly what we needed. Charming yet spacious, full of everything we needed, and right on the water! We didn't even leave the property. We just camped out for three days of luxurious beach living. It was that lovely. After the first night, I was already calling my husband to say we need to bring the kids for a family vacation.

So Comfortable

Heaven on earth

By far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything we could have needed was readily available. The location was perfect for us. Loved sitting on the balcony reading a book and listening to the ocean. The beds were extra comfy. A well stocked beach storage closet was the icing on the cake. Kevin was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Thank you! We loved our time in Surfside!

We cannot say enough good things about this property!!! If VRBO had 10 stars this condo would get 10 stars in all categories. We have stayed in a lot of properties in the SC coastal area and this one is leaps and bounds above all the others. The home was immaculately clean, something that is hard to find these days. All the linens were fresh, towels were fluffy and in great shape, and all the beds were so comfortable. We greatly appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the basic necessities that were provided (dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc.). It was so nice to have a property where we just had to bring our clothes, toiletries, and food and didn’t have to outfit an entire home for the week. The storage closet downstairs with all the beach gear (chairs, sand toys, bags set, grill, etc.) was an added bonus. We loved not having to haul all our beach equipment halfway across the country! Communication with the host was great. No issues with checking-in or out and all the info was provided in a timely manner. We have been searching (for years) for a “go-to” property for our winter trips to SC to visit family and this property is it! It truly felt like home away from home and we will be back!
