Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners)

BUILDING ACCESS
âą You are required to have a smart phone for the entire trip. The locks for the building work through a smart phone application.
âą We are located in the very center of the lively Ybor neighborhood! You will be in the heart of the party. Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt. HOUSE RULES:
Pet Rules Policy
âą Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. âą No Pitbulls âą All pets must be housetrained âą Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves
Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200
No Smoking Policy
âą Smoking will result in a $500 fine.
No Party Policy
âą Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. â Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.
Noise Curfew Policy
âą Noise curfew: â 10 PMâ7 AM (weekdays) â 10 PMâ8 AM (weekends)
âą Penalties for violation: â First: Complimentary warning. â Second: $100 fine. â Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.
Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy
âą This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.
âą For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.
âą Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.
Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy
âą Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.
âą Please dump food waste in the garbageânot in the sink disposal.
âą Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.
Guest Policy
âą No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.

PACKAGES
âąWe are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment. However, I recommend getting a PO Box at the local USPS and having orders shipped there.
Location is great for the nightlife and public transit to downtown on the TECO line. Host was responsive minus communication regarding the water temperature in the shower.
The only positive experience is the location of this building. It is located walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars. We booked this studio apartment for the location. We understood booking that there is a noise monitoring system in the apartment. We turned on the tv and the volume was on mute. I unmuted it and the volume was very loud so I tried to turn it down and the volume control was not working so we couldnât use the tv. Sent a message to our host was told a new remote would arrive the next day. It did not. The bed, tiny and hard as a rock. That night, we woke around 11:30pm to the fire alarm, we had to evacuate the building. We were unable to use the elevator so we found a corridor that led to an exit this corridor had obvious signs of mold and a visible water line from previous flooding. The firemen had to do a complete sweep of the building, and discovered the source. While we were outside joined by the other tenants and guests, we heard many complaints about the quality of the building. The next morning we were sent a message that the water would be turned off for four hours. We have two hours to do anything requiring water as to or to store any water we may need. We decided to leave the apartment making this experience a one night verses the two nights we paid for.
