I was confused that they charged me for an extra person when I had booked two triple rooms for 5 people (3 of whom were teenagers). I also understood that breakfast was included and this was confirmed when I first checked in. My daughter in law went down early for breakfast and found out that it was not included. She paid for it. Embarrasing."
