"I booked this Expedia but the front desk said they do not have the reservation. I had to connect with Expedia representative to sort the reservation on there system which took over 40 min an when leaving they asked me to pay for breakfast while I bought the breakfast package already in my booking and again they asked me to call Expedia to get this sorted, I did not like either Expedia is not a go to platform for them or they are not very diligent with bookings, first impressions lift is bad like this is not a 2 star Hotal, we pay huge amount for ambiance, but lift sucks with ugly wood planks nailed on the walls, the lobby had some blood stains on the couch, over all not the experience I would have exited for my wedding anniversary surprise for my spouse"
