"Appeared to be some maintenance issues with the elevators. Only one was working and the other looked as though it was not yet fully installed. Room temp of 67 felt like 70 and a bit of a stuffy smell in the room. Great location, great, friendly staff, good bed and pillows; quiet, too!"

"We would definitely stay here again. The location is great so much to do within walking distance. Having so many great places to eat in the area we weren't able to visit the downstairs bar/restaurant, but I heard great reviews from friends about their food and service. The room was very nice and clean. Housekeeping came quickly with extra towels when requested. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I don't remember everyone's names. I do remember Antoine who helped us with our bags and storing them before our check in. He was Top Notch, very friendly and went out of his way to even help us with our luggage into the Uber on the way out."

"The Hilton Chicago is the best hotel I have ever been in over 45 years of traveling. The hotel is spectacularly maintained and the staff supremely helpful and concerned about the customers needs. The breakfast buffet is totally worth the cost. The location is second to none. If I wind up in Chicago again, I will be found at the Hilton Chicago."
