Room was in okay condition. The mini fridge didn’t work so it had a weird smell. The lighting is very dark and not much surface area for shower items. There was no fitted sheet on the mattress. Bed was more comfortable compared to higher end hotels I have stayed at in the area during the year.

We checked out early, so we didn’t see the breakfast offerings. There was black mold in the shower, which is not only disappointing but dangerous. Restaurant offering was minimal and service sucked. But I get it, it was New Year’s Eve.

Front desk, bar, and restaurant (Breakfast) service was great. Everyone was nice and did a good job with their respective positions. Lobby and common areas were very nice. My room, however, was not particularly nice. The main issues being how dirty it was. The bathroom floor was sticky. The blinds and closet were so dirty you could actually see blooms of dust in the air when you used them. Also, I ran out of tissues and toilet paper by the second day. I feel like the room should have enough of these items for one person to get through more than one day. When I called for more, I was told it could be up to an hour before it would arrive unless I wanted to come down to the front desk. Only a minor inconvenience but not something I really felt I should have to do.
