Clean room. Friendly staff. The hotel has major flaws which for its cost should not happen. Breakfast was quirky with minimal choice. Very limited public area amenities, nowhere to sit and relax with a coffee. Room furniture strange with only a small table to sit at with a low wobbly chair. Lucky Im male and dont need somewhere to sit and do my makeup but I did want somewhere to work at my laptop. Minor gripes were reception not always manned and the taxis that the hotel uses are in a dangerous condition with more lights flashing on their dashboards than at Blackpool.
