Clean hotel, good space, good setting and area for being downtown. Check-in took longer than it should’ve. Accommodations such as room service and bar times were not explained or offered (even though we could clearly see the bar and had to ask the bartenders if they were open at all). Room itself and comfort-wise, it was good and really no complaints. However, the fridge was not cold and there was no microwave for our food that we brought so eating out was the only option. The TV could have had better options as well, and the remote was not working properly. This is a good hotel if options are limited, you’re on a budget, or if it’s a short stay.

The Staff was very kind to my daughter . They held her luggage for her while she picked me up. Sadly we were only there one night,but I would stay there again. The room was spacious and clean and staff very friendly and helpful

July getaway

Beautiful hotel, one star taken off solely to bathroom design. When opening shower door, water ran onto marble floor and out into the main room entryway. This is a potential safety issue.

I like this hotel, have stayed once before. It was really clean. We realized our room was a bit dirty at check in but didn't want to make a fuss. As the night went on kept finding more dirty areas. Housekeeping should pay more attention. No one wants blood stains on their sheets or dirty floors and counters. By the time we realized the sheets weren't very clean it was already late and we just decided to go to sleep. The staff are however very nice. If we'd gone down they likely would have fixed it but it shouldn't have been left that way in the first place. There were also dishes in the dishwasher - "clean" but two bowls full of dirty water as someone washed them right side up. Just lots of small cleanliness concerns.
