The staff was super friendly and very accomodating. The hotel was very clean and inviting, the rooms were comfortable and had a good size. Location is very close to downtown but still far away to not be too busy.

Rooms were small. Not enough space in the closet or any drawers were available and very crammed up for a space. Will go to the other properties in downtown since the prices are similar for the hotels with more room space

The stay was very very nice we had a beautiful suit. The only complaint. Was the view we had. I assumed with being in one of the most expensive suites. We would be on a high floor with a better view, not the fourth floor with a very unattractive view.

The Toor Hotel was great.

My stay short, but amazing. The last time I remember being in Toronto was in 2009. The next time I find myself in Toronto, I hope I can stay at the Toor again.

The property is good only the room is a bit tight, and the size of the TV was too big and too close to the bed! Makes your eyes hurt if you watch because of the distance & size of the TV and the brightness impact your eyes! The breakfast is excellent, worth it if you purchase it while you booking the hotel. Each plate cost around $ 20 plus otherwise! Staff are wonderful.

Lovely hotel. Great service. Brand new clean room. Stayed in the suite. Plenty of room. Missing bath robes, no mini bar or booze in the room. No pool. Otherwise i would highly recommend the propery. Restaurant is amazing, Dan made us feel right at home

Brand new hotel staff was friendly & courteous. Location was fine for us but there is nothing much around the hotel as far as restaurants go. The restaurant in the hotel was good but the menu was limited & once was probably enough over a couple of days. Although the ceasar salad was exceptional!
