Too many things not good at this hotel. 1- The WiFi is not working in the room on my laptop. 2-The TV is not working. 3- The water does not go through quickly in the bathroom sink. 4- The room service is not done daily. 5- The breakfast food has limited choices. The place for breakfast is small and crowded.

The customer service is very bad. I asked a few times to solve my problem no one answered, i asked to change my bed sheet and i asked for towels, i came back later, no one did that to me, i need my money back. I am here to relax me and my little child with ADHD and i am on odsp i made an effort to come and enjoy, first I couldn't sleep because of the small bugs and the customer and room service was very bad..

I stayed at this hotel near Toronto airport because I had an early morning appointment nearby. Front desk staff were friendly; the room was quiet in spite of being located near a major roadway; the room was clean and had received many updates. My only complaints are that the mattress was a little worn out and they still have old toilets that use a lot of water. That being said, water pressure was good, hot water was quick to arrive and plentiful, drains were free of clogs, and the bathroom vent was clean. (Vents covered in dust are a pet peeve of mine.)

I requested a crib or pack n play and they wrote back telling me there will be a crib in the room upon my check in. I checked in at 2:30am with a sleepy 5 month old baby and there was no crib.
