Welcome to our newly built cozy, clean and modern guest suite! Perfect for couples, single travellers or small families looking for a place to call home while exploring the city. Located in the heart of North Vancouver, we are just a short 4 min drive to the vibrant Lonsdale Quay! This home is also conveniently located only mins from everything you can think of, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and more!

This is a BRAND NEW lower level guest suite of a duplex situated ABOVE street level with high ceilings! It is completely self-contained with a separate entrance. No spaces are shared including your own covered front patio area for those morning coffees. The suite comes with a fully stocked kitchen including a microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher. All incapsulated in white cabinets, quartz counter tops and modern finishes. The full 4 pc washroom also has modern finishes that match the kitchen. The bedroom has a large comfortable queen size bed and the living room has a designer queen size pullout bed. Also conveniently located in the suite is a washer and dryer.

Whisk over to Downtown Vancouver with a quick ride on the Sea bus located right at Lonsdale Quay! Looking to do some hiking or skiing? Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain is just a short drive away.

There is a lots of free street parking out in front of the house. Please note you will need to climb a few steps to access the front entrance.

We do not have A/C, however during the hottest summer days A/C is not needed in the suite. The front of the unit faces south and due to the nature of sunrise and sunset, it never gets too hot inside.

Please note, this duplex has an upper suite. You will occasionally hear activity from the owners upstairs. However, it is nothing of significance from feedback provided by past guests.
