Villa Bella Apt is a two story 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths penthouse retreat in Vega Baja, PR with panoramic ocean views. In a beautiful gated community, this cozy home accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen and It offers a comfortable visit. Enjoy smart TVs, ACs in all rooms, and a washer/dryer. The 2nd floor terrace features lounge chairs and a seating area. Guests have access to a pool, basketball court, and playground. The beach is a short 5 min drive away.

Villa Bella is a charming penthouse situated on the 3rd floor. (This is a walk up condo, no elevator) This captivating space showcases an open concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in the living room, complete with a smart TV, games, and comfortable seating that's perfect for quality time with loved ones. Walk upstairs to the terrace, where you can relax enjoying the ocean view while sunbathing.

Villa Bella features 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay for up to seven guests. The master suite boasts a queen bed, an attached full bathroom, a smart TV, and a closet. The second boasts a queen bed, with a smart TV and closet. The third bedroom boasts a full size bed with a closet.
There is also a loft with air conditioning that sleeps one person comfortably on a twin day bed with a smart TV and half bathroom.

Both full bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with complimentary amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and resort-style towels, providing you with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Villa Bella is also stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler, a boogie board, beach toys, and board games.

We also offer a pack and play and high chair for those traveling with little ones.

Mondays 1pm to 10pm
Tuesday through Sunday 6am-8pm

June and July pool is open until 10pm

Basketball court is available 8am to 8pm daily

We are pleased to inform you that there is parking space available for up to two cars in front of the unit.

A full inspection is performed before and after each reservation to ensure the quality and condition of the property.

As you may have heard, Puerto Rico’s utility infrastructure can sometimes require maintenance due to ocasional storms and hurricanes. As such, services like power and water can on occasions be interrupted for up keeping or maintenance. These interruptions, although uncommon, can interrupt services for a few hours. If this happens during your stay, we really appreciate your patience while the services get restored.

Salida: la salida es a, o antes de, las 12:00 p.m. Asegúrate de apagar las luces, el aire acondicionado y cualquier dispositivo electrónico cuando salgas de la propiedad. Además, cierra las ventanas y las puertas con llave y devuelve las llaves. El huésped deberá pagar por las llaves perdidas o no devueltas.

En caso de extraviarse las llaves de la piscina tendrá un cargo de $40

No invitados adicionales/fiestas en la casa: Los huéspedes aceptan que las instalaciones no serán ocupadas por más personas del número indicado en la reservación. En caso de romper esta regla, se verá obligado a desalojar el inmueble inmediatamente sin derecho a reembolso.

Mascotas: No se admiten mascotas en la propiedad.

No fumar: No se permite fumar dentro de la propiedad. Dejar olor a humo de cigarro y/o cannabis dentro de la propiedad conlleva un cargo de $100 de penalidad.

Ropa de cama/toallas: Las sábanas y las toallas de baño están incluidas en el alojamiento. Las toallas de baño no deben sacarse del alojamiento. Por favor, no comas en la cama y no se siente en la cama ni los muebles con la ropa mojada.

Baño: No tires toallas de papel, tampones ni toallas sanitarias al inodoro. Utiliza el contenedor de basura en su lugar. Destapar el inodoro de emergencia tendrá un cargo adicional.

Daños: El huésped deberá pagar las reparaciones en caso de algún daño a la propiedad.

Parking: Estacione en el espacio de estacionamiento designado.

Power Outages: En caso de que el huésped experimente interrupciones en el suministro eléctrico que estén fuera de nuestro control durante la estancia, no se realizará ningún reembolso por la situación. Asimismo, si el servicio wifi se interrumpe por causas ajenas a nuestra voluntad.

Piscina: Los huéspedes son responsables de cualquier situación en la piscina ya que no cuenta con servicio de lifeguard.
