Wonderful property. Friendly staff. Clean room. We had a small balcony with a view of the Harbour. You could hear the seals. Easy walk to shopping and dining. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Great location. Only downside was the noise. The doors to the rooms were very heavy and so they slammed very loudly all day and night. Plumbing was very noisy too. Other than that a pleasant stay

Fabulous hotel right on the harbor. We walked to amazing restaurants and the Channel Island National Park visitor center! Plus met surfers coming right off the beach. Comfortable bed and the best shower we have had in a hotel! You’ll love this hotel!

Great location with awesome harbor views from the west side of the building. We stayed on the third floor and it was very quiet (after we turned off the room wall HVAC unit). It goes on and off constantly but once we got under the covers we didn't need it. My only little gripes are 1) Parking is $12 extra and everybody has a car. I don't mind paying extra for parking in a big city where it is at a premium, but at a hotel like this with a big lot it's just an extra BS charge. 2) I don't like having $100 added to by credit card "for incidentals" even if its refunded later. There are no incidentals (no mini-bar, etc) to the money is just in case you steal something. I don't steal things so I'm not a fan of this refundable charge. I'll watch to make sure it's credited back to my card in a timely manner. But other than those two things, it was very nice indeed!

It was a nice get away at the harbor. Dinning options at Ventura Harbor Village are walkable from hotel. Patio for snack or provided breakfast was nice, with excellent view of the harbor.

Perfect Location for Visiting Channel Islands.

We stayed here the night before going to Channel Islands. We could not have picked a better location, drove 3 minutes to Island Packers. We loved looking at the sunset over the marina. They had soap/shampoo/conditioner on the wall which was awesome. Front desk was very helpful & breakfast was really yummy with hot & cold options. We did have some noisy neighbors partying on the balcony late until the night, which could happen anywhere though.
