This midtown gem was centrally located off Seward and Ocean. Great walkable street, dog friendly area.Ample rooms for families. Mature fruit trees in the backyard with faux grass for doggies.Adirondak chairs and fire pit in the front yard is so charming and a nice beachy touch.Hosts were great with communications. We stayed here for the marathon and it was the perfect home base. Very close to the beaches and state parks as well as downtown Ventura and grocery stores. The private backyard was a great place to relax post-marathon!

Girls Weekend!
