"The unit itself was roomy with a well-equipped kitchen. Came with a table with chairs that we had our late dinner on. There was a pull-out couch that we could have another guest in our room. Although, the room was a bit stuffy and AC helped a bit, but it's loud. The AC air didn't circulate well. The room were relatively clean, but the furniture shows some sign of wear and tare. A bit scuffed here and there. The washroom could use a deep clean. The bedsheets did feel a bit icky. Especially, the bed cover was all wrinkled and didn't inspired confidence. The front desk staff was friendly and answer all my questions. The gym had basic equipment for a basic workout. Since the gym is a room inside the pool area, the room is humid and you can see the equipment rusting. I wouldn't want to touch any rusted metal parts, but I was able to get a workout in. Overall, it's okay. I get what I paid for. I have been to worst places."

"The acclaim has been renovated and the rooms are gorgeous! Very comfortable and clean. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived. Check in was a breeze! The rooftop hot-tub was amazing and a great way to start our day! The restaurant attached to the hotel has incredible authentic Italian food and was absolutely delicious! Thank you to everyone for making our experience so memorable."
