"The beds were comfortable and the room pretty quiet for a ground floor. No real complaints for the stay, but I have to say how embarrassed I was for the shuttle driver! We got on the free shuttle at 3am for the drive to the airport. The bus was full, which I thought strange for the hour. But when we arrived the driver unloaded all our luggage...AND NO ONE ELSE TIPPED THE MAN! I was ashamed."

"Stayed here for two nights during a trip to Calgary. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean and offered good value for the price we paid. The location was also convenient, close to the airport, less than 30 minutes from downtown, and near plenty of amenities. The only downside was that both the bathroom sink and bathtub were clogged. We didn't report the issue during our stay, but it is something that should ideally have been identified and addressed during routine room inspections before guests check in. It wasn't a major problem, but it was definitely inconvenient. We also had our keycard stop working once, but the staff fixed the issue immediately, which was appreciated. Overall, a decent stay with a good location and fair pricing."
