"We had an incredible stay ath the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. The check-in staff was kind and worked quickly. This is a very busy hotel, but the staff was always kind and worked as quickly as they could. We did arrive early and were not able to get right into a room, but the Valet held onto our car and luggage and we had no delays in starting our sight-seeing. Our room was ready when we returned, and it was a great room. We had a wonderful view of the falls. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. We travelled as a family of 4 (with 2 children, ages 7 and 9), and we all enjoyed our time at the hotel. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool very much. We would highly recommend this hotel/resort to any family that is travelling to Niagra Falls. It's conveniently located right next to Clifton Hills, so very walkable with children to enjoy the fun."
