We were down for a funeral in off season. Late october. The building is really nice the suites are large but there was alot of scuffs and marks on wall wear and tear from the busy season. The location was excellent. The price was perfect. The rooms were clean and the views were spectacular. I had a three bedroom and each room had his own balcony along with the main seating area.

Holiday Pavilion Resort on the Boardwalk
Room was very clean. Hallway was a different story. Every day there was what I assumed as “dog hair” in clumps in the hall way. Our room was very clean, no issues whatsoever.
