"We used BART so did not use parking. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was very quiet, and we were not bothered by the usual city noise we have heard in other hotels in San Francisco. We had a problem with the heat in our room. The maintenance person came and fixed it. "

"I booked a room before there it was nice. This time they gave me a room in a building call Historic. Basically it was old and falling apart. The door knob came off. The shower head was hanging and the elevator was small and broken. The worst was when I was checking out to get to the garage to get the car, it takes awhile to get there. The valet said I needed to go back to the front desk to get my ticket stamped. I have a disability and to go back amd forth was excruciating. While I finally got to the front to check out, others hotel guests were complaining about the same things and the staff seem to be used to this type of things. I will never stay there again. "
