Hotel is under remodeling. I booked it to have a Bar so i didnt have to drive anywhere and the bar was closed for remodeling. They had a small bar in the restaurant but disnt have any seating besides tables in the restaurant. Rooms were nice and big but the cleanliness was very lackluster! The bathroom tile floor didnt look like it had been cleaned in weeks.

I spent $600 per night, asked to cancel after night 1, hotels.com says no. Here is the penthouse suite: Kitchen with NO silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, pots or pans. Not even a kitchen towel. There is a dishwasher but nothing to put in it, no soap, hand soap, sponge. There were 2 towels in the whole unit. NO extra blanket or pillows. NO USB anywhere. The wallpaper is town in every room and the carpet is ancient. There hasn't been any maintenance in this place in a decade. The toilet ran 24/7 and we were told it was too complicated to fix. The coffee maker looked like it was stolen from Motel 6. You get exactly 3 tea bags....this was $600/night!! This is the worst value for money I have ever seen.

The hotel is nice and I’m glad I stayed here. The place is gorgeous during the fall! The hotel is so close to so many restaurants which I really appreciate. The falls scenery is beautiful! One con is our shower did not drain well and there was a puddle when you shower. Other than that the service was great and overall stay was lovely.

Staff was wonderful very cooperative and helpful. Restaurant was incredible, truthfully an unexpected surprise. I would book this hotel again just for the food quality staff and restaurant. Beautiful setting over the Cuyahoga river Rapids only downside freeway noise from close by.

Staff was above and beyond fantastic. Such a pleasure to check in to a place that employees at the front desk are both friendly courteous and helpful, very much seem to enjoy their jobs. The restaurant was over the top exceptional. On every level, staff, service and food all amazing. We came here for the room and would certainly come back for overall experience of the restaurant.
