The staff especially Alina were very helpful, courteous and friendly. We stayed 3 days and never had an issue. The staff answered all our questions, printed out a summary of sites to see and places to go. Would highly recommend this hotel for both value and service.

Noisy room on the road side so moved to quieter side. Sound insulation inadequate. Hard flooring does not help. As it was freezing outside the room was not heated enough. Room decor good and bed comfortable. Needs facilities to make hot drink in room.
