Enjoy a great vacation for a great price in our renovated condo!

The kitchen was expanded and renovated in 2014 with modern amenities. The living room decor and furniture was also updated to provide a comfortable space for vacationers.

Our two bedroom one bath condo includes one queen bed in the master bedroom and one twin over full bunk bed in the second bedroom. There is a queen size sleeper-sofa in the living room. The condo also includes WiFi indoors and poolside, air conditioning, an outdoor patio with a dining table and seating area and two 32" TV's.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this condo for our vacation. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed yet peaceful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was clean and never too crowded. The condo itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. One of our favorite spots was the balcony, where we spent many mornings enjoying the view and fresh air. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Beautiful property, great location. Condo had no trash bags, and less than 25% of a toilet paper roll when we arrived. No towels, or sheets. We ended up having to buy sheets, towels, detergent for the dishes, and toilet paper.

We had a great experience! We had a little trouble with the AC not getting as cold but figured things out and relayed the info to the property owners. This place is perfect for a family of 3 or 4. It was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We will be back!!!

Nice condo in a great location!

For the price this place is great, just what we expected and needed. Location is wonderful and condo is just as shown in pictures. Could use a deep cleaning and no paper towels, trash bags or dish soap were provided which I wish we knew ahead of time but if we were staying longer then one night wouldn’t have been a problem because we probably would have brought them.

Easy walk to the beach and boards

This first thing was completely on us and not at all on the host - we missed that there are no linens or towels included with the property rental. So our first night we ran out to get some sheets and towels. It is listed in the description of the property that linens and towels are not included. The laundry on site is easy to access. Everything on the property was exactly as described. We had such a nice stay. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. We would come back to this property again!

In Philly for business so added some pleasure over the weekend. Perfect location by the Boardwalk. Landmark Church in walking distance Sunday. Kitchen perfect to make brrakfast. Almost Perfect!

Was supposed to be 5 adults but ended up only 3. Good thing because 2nd bedroom was TINY and we would have been too cramped. For 3 was perfect. A small family would be fine. Host was very responsive to our questions. Pool was LOVELY. Laundry was convenient. Location was GREAT. Patio was AWESOME.

Nice Place - convenient location

Stay went very well, good communication with the property owner when needed. Loved the balcony, condo was very comfortable. One suggestion would be that it would be nice if the pool was open later than Labor Day given that we had temps near 90 most of the days.

Great little condo

The condo was great for a small family. Location to the beach and boardwalk was very convenient. The deck was a relaxing place to hang out. Down side is there is no place to store beach items when you’re not using them. Also the ac units were very dusty. Though overall, it was a great and relaxing stay!

A beautiful two bedroom condo in a very nice looking and well kept building. Covered parking, elevator, and a beautiful pool. The unit itself was very clean and tastefully decorated with a lovely balcony and updated bathroom.

Early Summer Family Trip

Couldn’t beat the location of the condo, close enough to beach and boards without being too close. Jennifer, the property owner, was extremely helpful and communicative. The unit was nice, had some bumps and bruises that could use a refresh and repair but nothing was overwhelmingly impactful to the use of the condo, more cosmetic. The convenience of covered parking and private balcony were a plus.
