Took 24hrs for staff to provide me a remote for the TV that worked. Spider webs all over room. Bottom of bed cover was extremely dirty like someone burned the sheets. This was first for me because I’ve stayed at Bally’s before and it was great service. This time horrible.

Self parking garage is only for small vehicles as it was a 6’4 clearance. You can’t park a pick up truck in it. Valet said they would park it for a “fee, that was negotiable between them and you. Otherwise, park it on the street.

Very old and very dated rooms and hotel. I don't think I will return to this hotel as it will be a first and last. Other competitors offer more up-to-date amenities and rooms. The only saving grace was near the boardwalk. Travelers beware!

There were many areas that could use much work. Room service did not clean the room until 8 pm. We needed to let them know we wanted towels and the room cleaned. Many of the staff really did seem to concerned about guest needs and questions. I would not be staying at Bally's again when in Atlantic City. Service wasn't worth the price. Swimming pool was filthy.

We stayed in the Dennis tower one night. OMG - that was like going back to the 60’s. Small, smelly, dirty, popcorn ceilings, broken lights, etc. Beware the word “classic” - this is American salesmanship at its best. It means “old and small” but more fancy language. Who knew that a “classic king” bed = contemporary double. Haha. Anyway, we paid top dollar to get “upgraded” to Ocean view at the Bally’s since it was a “sold out weekend.” It was relatively better but still dated. Old carpets, peeling wallpaper, etc. The view was nice and beds were comfortable - about the only redeeming facets. Some staff were really rude e.g. Joe/Joseph at the front desk. Roman and Wesley were nice. Housekeeping was mostly MIA all weekend except when it was time to checkout, they reappeared to hover. 🙄 As for restaurants, the Park Place Prime was great. Dunkin’ was popular and always backed up. All in all, we survived but were underwhelmed and will not return.

The staff we encountered was all very kind and helpful so that was certainly a plus. However, our room and the area leading to it was in despicable condition. The hotel was definitely not full so they should have put us on a different floor since this one seemed to be under construction. There were wires hanging from the ceiling in the hallway and holes in the bathroom ceiling. Paint was peeling off the walls/ceiling and there were visible bugs in the lights. Was very happy we were only in the room for a few hours- not worth the money spent.
