My gf. Called many times if she can check in without me. I admit I forgot to put her and the reservation. But she called more than twice. To confirm if she was good. She was told it's ok. When she tried to check in. She was told she can't. She offered to leave her baggage, ID and car keys. I was stuck at Miami. For my flight to Newark on the that day. I didn't make it. The whole reservation was cancelled. My name is Anthony Roman. I am a Marine Iraqi veteran. I will visit Vic and Anthony's again. But I don't think I or any of my family and friends will stay there again.

The hotel and the room were amazing for the most part--I loved the view and the friendly staff. I did not enjoy the all you can eat pancakes at breakfast at Michael Patrick's Brasserie--they were horrible --definitely did not want a refill.
