Hi hate to leave a bad review. However we checked in and adjusted the thermostat bc the room was very warm. It also smelled very Smokey we mentioned to the hotel check in last when we walked down for dinner & she said no you are in a smoke free room & assured us. So we let it go. Came back at midnight after dinner & concert at hard rock. Room was still very warm & realized thermostat did not work. It was already too late & exhausted to switch rooms. In morn we took showers to find the the shower only turned in half way and the tub filled up half way so you got half a shower. For $300 a night I was very disappointed. Came home and everything in my suitcase smelled like cigarettes so it wasn’t my imagination. :(
