My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we had issues. The air conditioning was broken and almost nothing inside the room was working properly. The room also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was very uncomfortable from the start. The biggest problem was the heat. During the two nights we stayed, we were sweating all night because the AC did not work. It was extremely uncomfortable and almost impossible to get proper rest. The noise was also terrible. You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. There was no privacy and no peace. Every time we spoke to someone at the lobby about the problems, the response was basically “that’s what it is.” We were never offered a solution or any alternative. It felt like they did not care about our discomfort. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel.

Lots of dam hidden fees 25$ for parking per day, rooms horrible beds, no extra toilet paper no maid service to fix the beds. Fees ontop of fees for just about everything they don’t include that the water park is 59$ per person. Everything is a fee i recommend if you go stay at a boutique hotel and go for the water park and while parking outside for cheaper, use Groupon for the arcade race track even the pool cause the cheat you off a lot of things. Definitely not coming back.

It's the hotel itself. The elvators were broke, only 2 out of 6 were working..We were with 3 kids waiting and waiting to see if rooms were ready. It was about 4pm, They never texted me until i went up to the front desk and they said rooms were ready. The room was nice. The staff was friendly. The water park was way to packed with some people with no courtesy, you have to fight for a table or a seat. Overall we are giving it a 2/5.

This was my first and last time stepping foot in this dirty , run down hotel . One the line to check in was over a hour and one person at the desk . Two there are 25 floors . Only 2 elevators work . My family and I waited over hour and half to get to hour room with luggage . To get back down the two elevators took the same amount of time . People on every floor waiting to get on and couldn’t because the elevators were full and over packed . My room the bed was broken , the heat didn’t work it was stuck at 86 . I called they said it’s on or off . No in between. No ice in the entire hotel . Fridge was broken didn’t work . Race track cars was shut down . No where to sit and hang out in the lobby . If you have kids go some where else . The whole hotel is nasty . It clean I have pictures but I can’t post it here !! I want a full refund this trash ass hotel

One of the faucets wouldn’t fully turn off and the shower wasn’t working, we could only do a bath. We told the front desk and there wasn’t any customer service per se. They just took not and said thank you . The elevator had a huge line and it took forever to get off our floor. The resort itself was ok. I wouldn’t say I would come back.

Staff was friendly and security was very present. Standard appearing room but bed was horribly hard, felt like i was sleeping on wooden box, creaking with every move while trying to find a sift spot. Management did not follow up in trying to remedy the situation despite promise to try to make it better.

Everything was terrible. I went for two nights and three days with my family to celebrate my birthday, and everything was awful. The elevators didn't work, the air conditioning in the rooms didn't work, my room smelled like cigarettes, and the bathroom was dirty. They entered my room and brought in a bed without my permission. In short, it was horrible.

Rooms were saunas. Front desk said someone would come fix and nobody did. Laid in 76 degrees sweating to death. Only had 2 out of 6 elevators working for the whole hotel. The lines to wait to get on to get up to your room were like a Disney world ride. We tried using the stairs and those are even shut. What if there was a fire?????? NEVER AGAIN!!

I always enjoy my stay here due to the rates and great pizza spot in there but the most dreadful thing is the elevator situation and how long I have to always wait. Especially during the morning hours when people are checking out. Seems like there’s only like 2 elevators out of 6 working and it’s just a nightmare.

The room was fine, maybe even recently remodeled. But the only half of the elevators were running, so there was a line of 5-45 minutes to get up to the rooms, and we just took the stairs down at checkout. The rotating door at the main entrance was also broken and literally papered over with ads, so that only one of the front doors could be used to enter or exit. It just seems like nobody is keeping up with maintenance in an effort to save money.

Didn’t get my room there was a leak in it so they gave me another room that I didn’t like the air in there was horrible. It was too hot. I only slept three hours. The staff was wonderful the manager. Amanda was amazing.
