Hotel has virtually 0 amenities. Room was in poor condition, torn moldings, damaged curtains, peeling wallpaper in bathroom, literal MOLD in bathroom. Also, after a full day out, returned to find no housekeeping done to the room, bed still messy etc, and when I called to correct (no phone in the room by the way so I had to use the public hallway phone) I was told housekeeping was done for the day so nothing they could do. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Literally a Westin across the street that’s much better and in same price point.

We asked for an updated room and our room was not. Also, the AC in our room and our son’s room did not work. Maintenance came back three times. We asked for a fan and never got one. Front desk was overwhelmed bc I think the overall AC wasn’t working. We slept with windows opened. We tried to be nice about it bc multiple other guests were really angry. Room carpet was also pretty worn out lots of stains. Our stay was just ok. Little disappointing. Area is great and convenience great. Overall hotel experience very average.
