Are room was disgusting cat litter all over, animal hair on everything . Not even a vending machine to get a water in. The room came with a kitchen not even a fork in it. So gross

The property was listed and appeared to be clean, with friendly and accommodating staff. This property was far from it. My room was so filthy, had no linens on the pull out sofa bed as the facility ran out of clean linens and still by 9am was unable to provide me linens. The room had such a distinct odor, I could not sleep. I was so disappointed in this booking. One thing that went great is, the staff let us check in early, which was incredibly kind.

The staff was great. Very helpful and kind, and did their jobs. The building itself was probably as clean as it could be with regular housekeeping. This building could definitely stand to be updated though. The carpet and furniture in my room looked very old and very used. the couch had visible stains. While someone had definitely done between visitors, deep cleaning and updating is surely something to be worked on. However, it was the cheapest option I could find in the area for what I wanted, so I guess you get what you pay for. I just wish that management upgrades the furniture and maybe replaces the old and very used carpets in the near future. Last complaint is that I stayed on the second floor for a week, and the trash room is next to the elevator, which made the whole floor smell like sewage. I had to walk through that smell every day for a week, and it never got any better. Great staff, but needs better building management.

Our room had chewed up carpet entering the bedroom. The light in the kitchen only had one bulb and no cover. Refrigerator made loud noise all the time. Bed linens must have been for a king bed, as the fitted sheet it was sloppy on the bed.

Unexpectedly poor.

The room had well-worn and stained furniture. Not a single USB port in the room. There were no small appliances, silverware nor appliances in the room. The were available for an extra charge. Similarly, the free internet was intermittent but could pay for an upgraded service. We have stayed at numerous other extended stay hotels and have never had these issues. Would completely avoid.

We were supposed to have a room with 2 beds and a pullout couch, and there was no couch when we got there. We spoke to the man at the front desk who was unable to move us into another room, even though he confirmed that he gave us the wrong room and we pre-paid for a room with a pullout couch, but couldn’t offer us anything to fix it.

1st room was not clean. Hair in tub, bugs on windowsill, broken sofa, AC didn’t work. Had to be moved to a new room. Alyse at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a business in my life . Actually told me “she knew I was a nurse because all nurses are rude “ . Will never stay there again .

I chose this property because of its close location to Salem. I rented a 1 Queen bed with Sofa Bed room. The mattress on the sofa bed mattress was filthy, including the couch itself. The room had a musty, unclean smell which made me sneeze all night. The bagage shelf in the closet broke when I put my two small overnight bags on it. The shelf in the refrigerator was broken. The micro wave & stove were filthy. This property was suppose to have a continental breakfast (which included muffins) in the morning, but only served coffee, oatmeal packets and granola bars, no spoons, no bowls, no napkins. I will not be staying at this property again, ever.

Terrible place to try to sleep.

Could not sleep. Bed hard as a rock. Very thin bedding and towels. Old dented refrigerator very loud. Loud air conditioner. Could not completely close drapes/ keep light out. Old condition overall. Breakfast included is misleading. Consisted of packaged oatmeal and breakfast bars coffee tea. No ice. Thin walls noise in halls.

This place was filthy. The hallway carpets were never vacuumed. Same filth there the whole time we were there. Charged $210/night while others were living in the hotel. No real continental breakfast. Only a nutrigrain bar or muffin. The people I was with slept in one bed and were bit up by fleas. The beds were hard as rock. I do not recommend staying there.

The property only had one person on duty at 4pm. They have no ice machine and give you trays to put in the freezer. We needed sheets for the sofa bed and he had to wash some before we could get them. There were no dishes in the kitchen so we had to ask for some glasses. The breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal and fruit bars.
