Spacious room and great value!

Large room with kitchenette, that was a surprise to us. Pool was good and the office printer works. Only sad part not sure if they didn’t expect these many people but breakfast was a nightmare. Kids had breakfast without forks (in washing machine), completely ran out of food before 9am. I had some billing issue but not this specific hotel problem, more like their whole hotel system. In general with price and service, if I ever do another road trip and go thru the down, will stay here again!

Do not stay here! Bugs in the room, light shining through the room door, clogged shower, broken toilet. The place is old and dirty. I won’t stay here again

We liked the proximity to local stores and highways. Parking was good. Staff was helpful, letting us know about the Wednesday night social. Husband wasn’t crazy about the food for breakfast. Over cooked oatmeal was awful. Really good English muffins. No waffles, pancakes or drink machines, pitchers of juice instead. The pool was too cold for us and seemed murky as well. The property was clean. Housekeeping got messed up a couple times leaving us on our own to get towels and toilet paper. We did really like all the house keepers though, friendly and hard working. The internet was reliable. This property is a good choice if you need to be close to Lahey Hospital.

The property was basically a clean nice property but when we arrived rather than having three 2 bedroom rooms we had only one. The one bedroom room that I had, had a non working air conditioner and the room was very warm. The next day they installed a portable air conditioner that leaked all over the carpets. They did move us to another room but still only one bedroom. Not a good weekend.
