11 Fuller Terrace is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The completely remodeled apartment is the 2nd and 3rd floor of a two family home. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living/dining area, study/work nook and sun room. The private driveway can accommodate two cars. There is additional parking at the bottom of the street.

The space
There are two bedrooms with a king bed and two bedrooms with a full-size bed with pull out twin trundle beds.

The kitchen contains a 36 inch Thermador professional range with pro hood, Thermador refrigerator and dishwasher.

The sunroom is surrounded by windows and has two loveseats a rocking chair and a reading chair for getting some fresh air or enjoying your coffee/tea in the morning.

Guest access
This is the second and third floor of a two family house. The first floor is a completely separate rental unit as well.

Other things to note
There are two parking spots in the driveway. There is ample street parking at the bottom of the hill. There Swampscott Commuter Rail stop is 3 minutes drive from the house and provides fast, easy access to Boston and Salem.
