Close to Fenway, Cheers bar, and Boston Public Library which were all on our list to see. Their reserved parking was very easy and accessible. It’s an old building though!

Fine simple stay tho without amenities like gym or pool. Pricey restaurants only in hotel but a complete range of alternatives up and down street, including a small but unique sweet shop for breakfast next door and lively bookstore with old-fashioned lunch counter up street. WiFi was iffy distant from router in entrance lounge. ands my room had annoying white noise of some pumping system tho off at night. Great and friendly young staff enough make it seem personal compensate and work to address problems make up for deficits

Thanks for staying with us and for positive review. We hope to see you again. And yes, we are aware of the hot water taking a while but it's only because occupancy is so low and there is no demand on the system. Normal times and this isn't an issue.

Hidden gem in a great location. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast included was excellent. Already planning a return trip.
