This hotel is beautifully located near everything we needed. Our room was unique. The TV was at a 90 degree angle to the bed so viewing from the bed was not practical. The bed was awesome. The view was great, we were able to see some of the bay from our room. We were disappointed that we didn't get to use the rooftop bar area. We tried twice but it was holding a private gathering and the second time it was full. But, we would still choose this hotel again. It was very accessible for my husband that uses a scooter for distance mobility.

Very bad stay! Girl at check in never mentioned VIP benefits. Triple room was a queen & a bunk bed, would never have stayed here had i known about bunk bed, as photo on site was midleading not showing that. Room was tiny, weird lighting & hotel had a party vibe! BAD experience & ive traveled alot!!

Hotel was nice. The room was small with curtain to seperate bathroom. Toilet was in its own glass in stall next to a glassed in shower. No very private. But very clean and bed was comfortableand the head board could be raised electronically so you could watch tv reclined

Full Size Mattress in a Queen Room

Overall the stay was good - location, staff, aesthetic, etc. The issue for us, however, was our mattress was a Full size and not a Queen. When asked about it they mentioned they only have Queens “beds”. We measured the mattress numerous times and it fit the dimensions of a Full and once stripped down we found a Queen mattress protector that swallowed the mattress, thus indicating it was too big. Given we were only there for a couple of days and didn’t want spend copious amounts of time at the front desk, we just went with it after raising it their attention. Given the custom fit furniture, I’m unsure if the queen frame is what is bring marketed but filled with a smaller mattress or if this was just a one off. Regardless, Yotel should review this deeper and is something to consider when staying here. It was unfortunate to say the least but I wasn’t going to let it impact my trip more than being a bit unrested before exploring the city for the first time.
