Very poor English speaking staff, felt like they did not understand me. The mattress from our baby’s playpen was taken from the room and never found. It said it had a restaurant even in the building there were restaurant signs but no restaurant. The layout of the hotel no good, we had to carry all our luggage and could not use the cart because the elevator did not go to the lobby, had to carry everything up the stairs.

When I opened the room fridge the entire door fell on the floor. Bathroom very old and dingy. No phone in the room. no iron. we were there for a wedding.

Found hair in our bed under the covers. The toilet was constantly running. Low shower pressure no matter the time of day. They had a lounge but was not open. Ice machine was broken had to go to front desk for ice.
