Bottom third of hotels I've stayed in...Old holiday inn..."fairly" clean but needs a refresh in a bad way...all ice machines were broken when i was there...Interesting "long-term" clientele...people smoking dope right outside the door, doors banging all night, people out in the parking lot hanging out until all hours...small rooms with worn furniture...good hot shower with lots of pressure, friendly front desk staff...not the greatest area of town - light industrial commercial. overall i was "ok" with everything due to the price except for the fact that I had business meetings and didn't get much sleep...

The room's furniture was old and dirty. The toilet did not work. The air conditioning did not work. After complaining to the staff at the front desk we were moved to another room. The staff was great but the hotel's condition lack maintenance and remodeling. The price was high for the condition of the hotel. Trash on the hallways and parking lot. I won't stay there again.

It's old and kind of ghetto. It's across the street from train tracks. That would be loud in general, but they had a portable AC unit with the hose running out the window, and the windows are very old, so nothing to really keep the noise out. Loudest hotel room I've ever had. The room came with two bath towels (one of them stained). No hand towels, no face cloths. Bed was decently comfy, bedding etc seemed pretty clean. We had a second 1 night stay booked several days later, but after 1 night we cancelled the second stay and paid an extra 40% elsewhere.

Didn’t get the room which we specifically booked, non smoking. The bath tub and the table in the room was dirty. Moreover , there was no elevator in the lobby. It was so tough to carry the luggage down. Pathetic hotel

Nice and Comfortable Stay

Room was clean, and quiet at night (excellent to catch up on well needed sleep). But A/C was through large bulky portable unit; with attached enormous dryer like hose, taking up 1/4 of the free room space. It did keep the room nice and cool though. There was NO breakfast at the hotel AT ALL, eventhough it is advertised at hotels.com & expedia that there is breakfast included. You must walk outside hotel through busy traffic area to buy breakfast. "Dee" the operational manager & Grant and Ismael (front desk personnel) were very kind and helpful -even providing me with bottled spring water upon arrival. Definitely strong 3-STAR hotel; and for the price was worth the cost. Nice Stay.
