I overpaid for a very poor kept facility. The mattress was old and terrible. The pillows the same. The overpriced room should have included breakfast but that would have been an additional $60 plus for the four of us. The hotel has four floors and only one working elevator. 1 star and I wouldn't recommend staying there.

I asked for a shuttle to take me to the airport the night I checked in. Then a asked again for a shittle two mornings later. I was told i had missed the 11 am shuttle but that I could take the 12 pm shuttle. 11:30 am I let the front desk know I was ready early for the shuttle. I was informed that I did not order a shuttle and it was in use grocery shopping. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service care. I had to order an Uber and was almist late boarding the plane. In the future I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn with shuttle service after this very stressful event that could have cost me my flight home.

I really enjoyed my time there! The staff was friendly and helpful! The amenities were lovely! Jacuzzi suite in the room was great! The hotel pool was relaxing! The breakfast was very enjoyable. They were able to give me a slightly later check out, which I appreciated! Overall, a great experience!

The staff were friendly and inviting. It was apparent that the property was older and in need of some up grades such as curtains that work, functional bathroom space, properly affixed taps. The bed was comfortable and though I was next to an elevator the space was quiet. Can't say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

coffee station / microwave set up backwards. Bathroom door blocks use. Despite ad sayng breakfast included- was user pay. Fire doors didn't close. Only one elevator worked and was badly in need of repair. No end caps on stair railing and one railing held in place with hose clamp.. Health and safety would have a field day..

My family and I were put into a room directly adjacent to ongoing construction. Elevator access was blocked during our check out and had to carry entire family’s luggage through the most ridiculous path possible. When bought up with property was shrugged off. When brought up in direct survey, GM reply also shrugged situation off. I will purposely go out of my way to not stay with IHG owned properties again.

The rooms at the hotel were clean and functional. We liked that they used Dove products which were excellent for a family with sensitive skin. The pool was small and a bit cold, but our young child still enjoyed it. The poor ratings relate to the shuttle, location and general customer service. There is no instruction to call for the airport shuttle. After waiting 10 minutes we called the first number we found on the website and were told the shuttle comes every 13 minutes. We waited another 10 and dug further to find the local phone number and spoke to the shuttle driver who said it would be 18 minutes, which in the end turned into over 30. The shuttle is really just an old van. While the hotel appears close to the airport it took 18 minutes to drive there with no traffic, and we passed another Holiday Inn that was much, much closer - the name “Calgary Airport” is very misleading. There is nothing nearby. They gave us free breakfast to compensate for the shuttle confusion, which was appreciated. We arrived at 9:32 pm and were told our only food options were delivery because the restaurant kitchen closed at 9:30. We ran to the restaurant with all our luggage to see if they would make something we could take to the room and were pleasantly surprised to find out they don’t close until 11 pm. Clearly lacking some communication between departments. Kids eat free and dinner was quite good. The breakfast is good for a free breakfast, but I wouldn’t pay for it.
