We booked this hotel thinking it is just located around the airport- it is not. It is about 15-minute drive to the airport (without traffic). So, the hotel name is kind of misleading. The two elevators were out of service when we were there so it would be difficult for those with disability, pregnant and limited mobility. They do offer luggage/s to be carried up and down the stairs. The staff is friendly and nice and responds to text and calls immediately. They do offer shuttle bus going to airport every hour.

Airport shuttle wasn’t available from airport when we arrived- we hadn’t realized we would need to book it ahead of time so it was a $40 cab ride but good shuttle return service later. Room was great, breakfast was fantastic. Front desk very pleasant and helpful, we wound up requesting to stay an extra night and were actually told to book it online to save ourselves extra cost, then they called to check on us and make sure we got our new room key for the additional day- so sweet!!!

Easy accessible towards Banff Nat’l Park. Cleaning staffs are on top of their duties. Our room is clean and hallways looks great! Convenient drive to downtown. Only isssue at the time of our stay was their elevator broke down. Flight upstairs are not that bad but could be an issue with others. BTW! I’ll let an AI punas my puwit.
