Calgary on the way home from Banff

Room was nice and clean. Disappointed that the elevator wasn’t working. Disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included in room price. Pretty nice stay except for those two items.

I have stayed before and have enjoyed the stay. except this time, the elevator was broken. our room was on the 4th floor. we did get somebody to take our luggage but wondered how we would do with my 85 yr old mother who is unable to do stairs

I liked the bed, sheets and towels. Adequate parking, as well as covered parking. Elevator wasn't working. Decent on site restaurant. Shower handle requires replacement, or fixing. Also liked being able to open a small window for fresh air. Lots of hotels are omitting that feature these days...like the Comfort Inn Airport and Sandman Airport.

The older tile bathroom had black mold developing in the back corners of the shower and when you turned the shower on the mold was releasing airborne spores that could easily be smelled and got worse the more water that hit the back corners. Everything else was great

At the time of check in informed elevator out of order. Next day will fix, but unfortunatly my 3 nights stay my room was 440 and everyboday used stairs to to go upstairs. Its realy cery hard with baggages.

There was a long line to check in which took longer than usual, then the elevators were out of service meaning we had to walk up to the fifth floor. Staff was helpful having someone on hand to help carry our bag up.

No working elevators on the premises. My wife who had just had a surgery on her leg was forced to negotiate the stairs to the fifth floor multiple times per day. The staff (great people) were forced to carry all bedding, towels, and necessary supplies in garbage bags up and down the stairs.
