The lift was not working reception politely told just today lift is out of order we have manual help for taking suitcases or your luggage to your room luckily I was not carrying any suitcases but my room was given on 4 th floor I had to come down many times for different things it was so trying and hectic was not clean as compared to my last booking in holiday inn Ottawa. The uber driver came to deliver food told me that it's been a while that lift is out of service he come almost every day for food delivery. Room was not quite at all So many noises disturbed whole night I couldn't sleep at all in a nut shell had a bad experience
