The breakfast was great always hot. Great variety One elevator was broken so everything took twice as long get around Had my uber driver leave cuz it took do long to get to the lobby. The pool was good the hot tub always had too many people including babies under 2 years old. Not relaxing. Not enough towels at obe point there were 2 dogs in the pool area. Both barking at each other. We left i told the front desk no one cared. The room was good until our last day when house keeping didn't clean it and told me it was my fault fir not requesting it. Then proceeded to ask what i wanted done. I started to have an axiety attack cuz we had to remove everything in a hurry as we were her last room for the day. I got upset and asjed her to leave I went down tp the lobby and asked for a clean and was told i was on the do not disturb list which i wasn't On our way out tge same person cane to vkean our room with 2 others and confronted me about why i said no the first time and got her in trouble I said i wanted it cleaned and you overwhelmed me. She was mad at me. I felt anxiety again. I just left

Did not reach. Westjet flight to Calgary has delayed flight from 4.50pm to 10pm. They keep delaying every hour or so. But not sure exactly what time we will be reaching Calgary. Plus we have to take a flight to Trinidad and Tobago. So we have to check in at Calgary Airport at 4am tomorrow. Will have to cancel. So sad we couldn't stay at the hotel
