Room was clean, and spacious. Staff was incredible. When I booked, I thought I was speaking with a hotel member, and the conversation was in regards to parking for 10 days. I was told that parking was available. Upon check in,long term parking was not an option. So, the staff member referred me to Park2Go. An added expense, but thankful for the advice.

Room was not stocked with kitchen supplies. Room was HOT and I was unable to set thermostat for whatever reason. I have never had a problem controlling the temperature at any other hotel I have stayed at. Breakfast consisted mainly of breads and pastries and fruit which looked pretty undesirable. When the water in the shower was on it took a long time for it to drain. On the positive side…the rooms were clean but will probably choose somewhere else to stay for my next visit to the city.

Room was great, 2 comfortable queen beds, spacious room for us and our 9 yr old. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good they even had diary free milk! Good selection of food for breakfast. Rooms and hotel were newer. Close to the airport and they use a taxi service as their shuttle (no charge)so no waiting for the shuttle which was perfect. Thankfully they alsp had tooth brishes and paste as our luggage was delayed. Quiet rooms. Will return!!
