The location was good. Long term parking was reasonable price. Hotel staff very friendly. We didn't know we had to pay for the shuttle to/from the airport until we came back after a week away. The driver that took a group of us to the airport the morning of January 30, 2024 shouldn't be allowed to drive. Very reckless, speeding, weaving in and out of traffic. If it had been icy that day, we would surely have had an accident. There were 7 of us in the shuttle and they all were nervous with his driving. The front desk attendant put our shuttle time incorrectly. He had 8:30am instead of 6:30am which thank heavens there was room in the shuttle or we might have missed our flight. In the room, the bathroom door would not stay closed. We put a washcloth along the top of the door to keep it from gliding open. We booked upon our return as the weather was not safe to head home. The room we got this time- the toilet didn't work properly. The rooms are clean and quiet and a good location. When checking out I let the staff know about the 2 rooms that require fixing.

The front desk staff are too impatient and pushy. If you don't do what they say they get very offended. They grabbed my credit card from me and I didn't appreciate that.
