The staff put a note on the window at the front desk stating they weren't accepting new arrivals and left. No customer service at all. 😲"

The shower handle was off, the safe didn’t work and the pool was shut down because they were waiting on repairs and the windows looking into the pool room were broken. We chose this Hotel because Expedia gave it a great review. The outside garden landscaping was completely overgrown and needs attention. The only positive was the restaurant had great food. "
