Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, comfortable, and the service was attentive and efficient. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection. The room was spotless, stylish, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. I cant wait to return!

Where do I begin 🙄 from check in to check out this hotel was miserable. The lacking of customer service skills were painfully obvious at first point of contact with front desk.

Great pre/ost cruise hotel. Clean, conveniently located to port. Hotel is popular with Spring Breakers but hotel has strict rules regarding noise. A littworn in places but overall clean. Julia @ front desk is wonderful.

My room got flooded from a bad over flow from sewer. I wasnt happy because this was sewer water that we had step on which is very unhealthy my suitcase got wet so this was even worse they gave me another room hours later couldn't even shower that morning .
