Welcome to the newly completed Sea Lofts at Padaro Beach. This is Santa Barbara's most exclusive beach. If you are looking for a safe place to stay, this is it. You won't find closer accommodations to the water for miles. Not only are you a few feet from the sea, you are a hundred yards from surf shops, restaurants and boutiques . You can rent surfboards, paddle boards, take surf lessons, or grab breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the locals spots on Santa Claus Lane without ever getting in your car. The Sea Lofts are the premier beach destination for Santa Barbara. You can walk for miles at low tide, or just sit on the deck and watch the sunset. The well appointed Surf Loft has a king bed and full bath that is handicap accessible. It is spacious, with a full kitchenette. Featuring a microwave, fridge, and everything you need for a memorable stay at the beach. There is an outside shower to rinse off after your day playing in the sand. We provide beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella for those beautiful sunny beach days

If your looking for more things to do, you have the option of going into Carpinteria 3 minutes away or Montecito and Santa Barbara 8 minutes away. Spend a day in Ojai just a short 30 minute trip. After a long day of fun, fall asleep with the sound of the waves just outside your window.

We had an excellent stay at the efficiency loft which has a front seat view of the Pacific Ocean. Can't decide which were more beautiful -- The sunrise or sunset views: dolphin dorsal fins, the Channel Islands in the distance, or occasional landing of paragliders at our front yard. So handy to have three restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything else within a 20 minute drive from Carpinteria. The unit is very conveniently designed and accessible! -- especially the shower. We would live to return!b Thank you Jeff and family for great hospitality.

We loved staying at the Sea Loft. It is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Two things to note, the AmTrak train is 30 feet away and passes at 7:00 am. not a problem the rest of the day. Was fun waving at the passengers. And the highway is a bit close too. The rest of the amenities and decor is wonderful. The beach was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This property looks beautiful. Jeffrey was very accommodating as we had to change the reservation multiple times. Due to a last minute conflict we could not go, but honestly, we really want to go so we will be booking again.

Amazing

Breath taking ocean views. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend. Place was first-class. Only thing I would mention, is that I wasn’t aware there was a train that passes by occasionally, but honestly didn’t care, it was an amazing experience and a great room. The door locks were finicky, but the overall vibe of the area/neighborhood made me feel safe, and somewhat comfortable not being able to lock my doors. Just tells you what an incredible stay this was, definition of care free. Magical place. 5 out of 5. Would return.

Our stay was great, so enhanced by the very comfortable, calm beautiful space. Every feature is updated version. Loved the stylishly cool bathroom and its open floor walk-in shower. The direct ocean view makes it all come together to top rating in wonderful Carpenteria, a big favorite!

very nice!

The efficiency is very clean, well decorated , large comfortable sectional, large bathroom, lovely robes, nice dishes, good view in a small beach community. It was very good for a few night stays given we attended a wedding. Microwave and fridge are good for a few grocery items and take out. Freezer would be nice, or ice available. The beach is very lovely but I didn't feel compelled to walk as often as I normally do, because of the rocks you have to climb. It's not a big obstacle but I can see how it would be with small children and beach equipment. The train that goes by for 15 seconds a few times a day is not a big deal, in fact I thought lovely, remi niscent of the old santa fe or Polar express. Jeff quickly responded to requests and excellent to work with. Easy drive to adorable Monticito and Santa Barbara for shopping and great restaurants.

We stayed here in late May, and although it was cloudy and cool, the property was comfortable and beautiful. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Probably the only setback was that the Nespresso machine did not work, but we were able to walk to a cafe to get coffee. Also, it wasn’t a problem for us because it was too cold to swim, but apparently Padaro beach is known for great white sharks, so that is something to consider. Highly recommend this stay, but be careful of the weather because it would have been 10x better had it been warm and sunny.

Perfect spot for a quick weekend away.

So close to the beach, so close to Santa Barbara, a beautiful spot to get away from it all. The train does roll by, but the property is very well built so the sound is not bad at all. Thanks for letting us stay, we will be back.
