Amazing spot to relax!

I can say is wow! Right from the start, great communication and super responsive.
The place is in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything you could want. The house is very well set up and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. Great TV set up and the bathroom off the master is fantastic. If you want a private back yard pool, can’t beat this! Lots of floaties, BBQ and chairs.
I can’t rate this high enough, we loved it and hope to return!

Nice desert oasis

My only issue was that there seemed to have been some food in the fridge that we couldn’t tell if it was from the previous stay or if it was meant to be shared between guests. We weren’t sure so we just let it be and threw our own stuff out when our stay was over. There was also some weird flying insects coming into the bathroom. Aside from that, it was a wonderful place we hope to come back to again!

My cleaning crew has a detailed and rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocol. The housekeeping checklist includes emptying out and cleaning the refrigerator. It looks like the “emptying out” step was missed and will be rectified going forward.
I use a pest control company that treats my house once a month. While this service helps control common house and garden bugs, it is not full proof, especially against airborne insects. What you saw were flying ants which was treated immediately after your departure. These pests are common, not dangerous, they don’t bite, and they come looking for humidity in the summer months. The house was treated professionally, and these bugs should be kept at bay.

Wonderful getaway
Publié le 28 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayDar Sabrina is a fantastic place to stay near Palm Springs! A well-designed custom home with its own pool & spa, central location, and quiet neighborhood. We rarely ventured out, since it was so comfortable to just lounge by the pool or inside!

It had everything we needed so we could enjoy the space, the pool, and time with family. We appreciated the pre-check in communication from Ryad which had all the information we needed.

100% great and as advertised
Publié le 14 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayReally great stay with a house full of amenities along with a property manager/owner who truly cared and was super easy to communicate with. The house itself is really nice, the pool and hot tub were great, and all of the furnishings were nice. We also ran into a canceled flight which pushed our departure back by 2 days, and Ryad quickly helped us figure out a way to stay a few nights longer without any hassle. Sometimes when I see a property with all 5 stars, I'm a bit suspect, but it's all warranted! We'd stay again any time.

Family Spring Break

Very nice house with great salt water pool and jacuzzi.
