The room was clean and on a good floor. I really like citizenM because every room is the same. This day is the same. It’s nice what I didn’t love about. This trip was like the last night. It was like really noisy and then in the morning housekeeping came early and started cleaning the room next-door very loudly

It was a lovely place to stay, there was a few things that we did not like about our stay though. Our refrigerator did not get cold at all, and our shower was not hot at all either, also I booked for 4 nights months in advance, I asked for the highest floor possible, well I did not get the highest floor, actually the view was suppose to be city view and it would have been just like staying at any other hotel in downtown because it was not the greatest view from where we were. I would to have loved to of been on a higher floor. But overall the stay was pretty good.
