Let me start by saying the hotel is absolutely beautiful, at a very affordable price. We just came back from a week in Mexico, but couldnt get a train that late so we chose to stay at this hotel due to being close to train station, and the price. At check in, we realized my husbands card has a limit and we had reached that limit. The hotel is cashless like many others, so we were stuck trying to figure out how to pay our incidental hold.. the lady checking us in, and both managers on the property worked VERY well with us, and they found an option that was possible. Without them, we would have been stuck. I can not thank them enough for their kind hearts!! I 10/10 recommend this hotel based on staff, price, cleanliness, location, and simply their kind hearts!

Great overnight stay for a birthday, weekend getaway. Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean. Bar was nice and a vibe.

-Staff members were unkind, dismissive and unpleasant. -Room was decent but no fitted sheet on the bed, just a mattress pad when I called the front desk they said they “prefer not to use them because of the mattress size” but they could send one up to the room. Never sent it up. - Upon arrival we requested late check out, next day we confirmed the late check out before heading out, front desk attendant was RUDE and she “guessed they could do that but the lady prior didn’t even put it in the computer” - The $26 breakfast was inedible and gross. Pay $26 if you want cold cereal, and possibly a decent bagel. - The view from our high city view room was underwhelming, with a nice view of a parking garage. I will not stay again.

Nothing but good things to say about my stay here. Concierge was extremely helpful and personable. Took the time to explain the odd layout of the property so I could get to my room without issues. REALLY close to the trains. Excellent all around.
