Staff very friendly! Beds comfy, loved coffee station. Great location; being close to lake shore and downtown was excellent. And also quiet since it’s on the side street. Breakfast was good as well.

This hotel was in a great location at a reasonable price and had a super friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable and I thought the room was very clean. We would stay here again!

The hotel is exceptionally located....close to Magnificent Mile as well as Oak Street Beach. It had a good gym as well. The rooms were spacious and clean. The views were absolutely amazing and we loved our visit! The proximity to the beach led us to spend more time there than originally planned! Only downside was the construction on the parking garage which had us looking around for parking last minute.
