A filthy unsafe nightmare right by the freeway with ROAR of constant traffic - not just white noise. The rollaway bedding had hair all over it and a piece of rodent poop on it. A dog was barking all night in the next room and manager didn’t care at all. Unsafe area with people smoking pot and staring at females in the parking lot. Thankfully there was one caring staff member named Jeffery who made things right and convinced the uncaring manager to discount our stay. DONT STAY HERE!!!! No idea how they got an 8 rating. It’s loud, filthy, sketchy, and dirty. But thank you Jeffery for caring and going out of your way to help us out.

Parking was convenient during the weekday, though it might be more challenging on weekends since several large containers were taking up parking spaces. The room itself was spotless, and I really liked the décor — very clean and welcoming. However, one of the two beds squeaked loudly with every movement, and being in room 354 near the stairwell made it a bit noisy at times. I could even feel the wall shake slightly when someone in the next room got into their bed, likely because the bed frames are mounted to the wall. It woke me up a couple of times during the night.The breakfast had a great selection! I especially liked the waffles and boiled eggs. Room service was friendly and quick to deliver extra pillows.

Not enough parking because there were connexes taking up parking spaces for remodeling the unused hotel rooms. The room I stayed in had carpet that smelled like pee and old water. The gym was so small, so only 1 person could use it at a time and the equipment was subpar. There should've been fresh eggs during breakfast, not just hardboiled eggs from the night before and then stuck in the fridge to be microwaved for breakfast. Of the two microwaves in the breakfast area, the one on the right was not working. I only found out when I waited for my food to heat up and found out it was still ice cold. Please put an 'out of order' sign up or something. The staff was nice and professional.

I absolutely loved the fact that the decor in the room was all white. It gave it a very inviting and clean feeling. The staff was super friendly and parking was a breeze. I alway travel with my pet and this place is pet friendly so I will absolutely be staying here again.

The staff should not make promises they don’t keep they were supposed to call me so I can get my room early, I had a funeral to attend and didn’t know what time I would be back to check in. They promised they would call me. I called once to check. They said they had my phone number and they never did call me.

I am so surprised of stealing my SKII Pitera. I put it on the restroom table and requested for cleaning up my bedsheet. The cost of SKII Pitera is around $400 per bottle. The cleaner was pretty smart to steal the half of liquid and put the water back into the bottle. I know how much I have used on my cosmetic product SKII everyday coz and the liquid color is yellow, not that white. She is stupidly pouring back too much water and make me know her touching my SKII. I have another bottle SKII toner she didn’t touch it. I am so disappointed about their behavior. No integrity is not appreciated. By the way, the location is too noisy because close to freeway. The noisy sounds came from door, not from window. The hotel is clean coz they remodeled but dirty hand of the employee is not a good service to customers. I won’t stay again in this hotel.😅 it was pretty unhappy experience. I don’t have any evidences so I didn’t say and complain about it. If customers really stay this hotel, I highly recommend you all lock it out all stuffs if the things are a little expensive.
