Book a hotel near 5th Avenue, Manhattan

"Room was good sized for mid town manhattan. Was slow to check in at 9 pm - only 2 members on staff at first then after about 15 minutes they added 2 more front desk people. "

"Inside the hotel was wonderful. There are areas outside on the hyatt building with hundreds of trashy stickers, and exsessive old urine stains on the building around the corner. I understand, its NYC and there's homeless. But it seemed it was like that a long time. Inside was very beautiful and taken care of. I would come back. "

"The staff was all so friendly and helpful. Ynocencia who works breakfast is a true joy!! Hashi who helps with the day luggage area was also so helpful and kind!! We loved being able to walk to our Broadway show and everywhere!"

"Hotel very clean and staff very friendly, the only downfall is that thwy couldnt help me check in earlier eventhough I flew all night from California, I got to new york at 8am and they couldnt check me in until 4pm. "
