Everything was total perfection! From the spotless, odorless room to the heated floor in the bathroom and free bottled water daily. We could not have asked for more. The location was right in the heart of all the holiday cheer. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Check-in set the tone: the front desk staff were cold, slow, and seemed irritated we were even there. Instead of a welcome, it felt like we made a mistake booking the place. The hotel building is old — and not in a charming, historic way. It clearly hasn’t seen proper maintenance in years. Sure, preserving history is fine, but that shouldn’t mean ignoring basic upkeep. A little effort would go a long way. The room was underwhelming. Furniture had visible stains, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned — hair was left behind, which is just unacceptable. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority. On top of that, good luck finding anyone when you need help. The reception desk was frequently empty, and it took several minutes just to locate someone — not once, but multiple times. Honestly, I’ve had better experiences at budget hotels in NYC. For the price and reputation, this place falls way short.

The room I was assigned to was very dark , like no light at all. The hotel is very old , there is a heavy odor. Windows are not opening , after all the bellboy declined to accept my bags for storage unless I MANDATORY SEND HIM $2 on PayPal or give cash. I would never again stay there. Simply terrible

We loved this hotel. The location is primo in midtown Manhattan. The staff was welcoming and helpful, moving us to a room on a lower floor with a great view down 6th Avenue. We got great recommendations for restaurants from the front desk, and we enjoyed good food and great walks during our stay. We will be back to the Warwick.

I’ve akways liked the location of this hotel. The service had improved a lot. The staff is very courteous and friendly. My stay was very comfortable. No issues at all. The rooms could definitely use updating as it is a older hotel. There is no room service so I was a bit bummed but there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around so we managed.
